Right, so this one’s got a proper peaty wallop—smoky as a bonfire on a dreich November eve. 🔥 Then it softens, right? Turns all creamy, like a dollop of clotted cream on a warm scone. Finish is honeyed and gentle, with a wee bit of spice. Lovely drop, that. 😮‍💨🍯

Right, this one’s got a lovely light start – bit grainy, almost like fresh bread. Then comes a spicy kick, reminds me of cedar or pepper. The oak and vanilla notes are proper woody, not too sweet. Finishes dry with a hint of fruit, maybe citrus? Quite pleasant, innit? 😊🥃
