Just tried this one – honestly, quite intriguing. There's a slate-like thing going on, with a distinctive earthy quality that feels quite coastal. A tiny touch of mustard in there? Hints of clay and leather too, plus ripe apples. A note that reminds me of a certain coastal distillery, you know, just a hint of smoke and particularly dried pear. Oh, and tobacco on the tail. Very good stuff. 👍

Pale gold in the glass ✨ I get dried pear, a wee bit of dried fruit, then this slatey, earthy thing going on. There’s a faint coastal smoke, a touch of clay, tobacco, and oddly a tiny dab of mustard. Quite intriguing, really — savoury, coastal, and a bit different.

Bit of honey and soft fruit at first, then a light spice comes through. Feels warm, a touch oaky, with a gentle smoky hint at the end 🥃 Pretty easy-going, nice for a quiet evening.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, dried fruit and gentle spice. Feels smooth, with a wee oaky kick and a soft, warming finish. Quite easy to sip, tbh.
