pale gold colour in the glass 🥃 nose is lovely - fresh green grass, hay, lots of creamy fruits like apples and pears, with a touch of honey and vanilla. quite light and elegant the palate is gentle, feels like a perfect summer afternoon dram. more ripe apples, some citrus and a hint of custard or fresh brioche. a whisper of wild flowers and clay, maybe cardamom quite a long finish, clean and mineral with a pleasant grassy spice lingering reminds me a bit of a good lager, or artisan porridge - something honest and wholesome. absolutely flawless in a simple, classic way 🌾

Pale gold in the glass, dead easy-going 😊 Smells light and tidy — apples, pears, a bit of plum and honey. Feels creamy, like custard with fruit salad, then some hay, barley and soft grassy spice. Tiny kick of white pepper and cinnamon at the end. Fresh, natural, and a bit summery — quite a lovley dram.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get soft oak, a bit of honey, dried fruit and a wee spicy kick. Feels warm, smooth-ish, and quite comforting on a rainy evening.

Jus had a wee dram. 🥃 Nose is all honey’d vanilla, touch of oak. Palate is smoooth, toffee apples, gentle spice. Finishes warm, wiv a whisper of peat smoke. 🌊 Luvly drop, that. ✅

Quite a cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of oak, gentle spice and some dried fruit. Feels warm, mellow and easy to sip, with a wee sweet finish.
