Alright, had a dram last night that was quite the experience. Started off with this light, elegant aroma, almost like walking past a greengrocer’s – ripe apples and a hint of greengages. It was very straightforward, Au naturel you might say. No messing about. Taste-wise, it reminded me of my morning muesli, with some barley and hay in there. Then it turned into something like a spoonful of good custard, with a bit of banana liqueur and a touch of cinnamon. For a malt, it was a perfect example of its type, I reckon. A bit of grassy spice and some baker’s yeast came through, which gave it a lovely, homely feel. Underneath it all, there was this mineral, almost clay-like note that kept it grounded. The finish was clean, like a good lager, with just a whisper of watermelon. Honestly, the profile itself was quite average, but in a comforting, no-nonsense way. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want. 😊

Just tried this whisky neat. Pale gold in the glass, and the aroma's lovely – light and elegant, with ripe apples, pears, and a touch of vanilla wafting up. Sipping it, I get creamy fruits, some citrusy oranges, and a little grassy spice. There's a hint of honey and maybe even a whisper of clay? The aftertaste brings cinnamon and white pepper, lingers quite long, which is nice. On the rocks, it seems to soften, letting out more pineapple drops and fresh brioche notes. Overall, it's a solid, average kind of dram – nothing mind-blowing, but very good for a casual evening. 😊

Right, poured myself a dram and the nose is lovely – light and elegant, like a fruit salad with cardamom and vanilla. Tastes creamy, with custard notes, almost reminds me of a good lager but richer. There's some grass and hay, making it very good in its averageness. Finish has banana liqueur and pineapple drops, with cinnamon and pears. Quite long, and creamy fruits linger, like fresh brioche. Au naturel vibes with apples, greengages, and grassy spices. Oranges and white pepper pop up, along with baker’s yeast and muesli – a bit like watermelon mixed in. Profile is narrow but citrus fruits shine through, a perfect example of a malt with barley and rocks. Plums and clay undertones, pale gold colour, and quite some cinnamon. Absolutely flawless for an average sip. 😊

傍晚倒了一杯，凑近一闻，是那种很阳光的香气，像蜂蜜混着晒干的草料，还有野花在远处开的感觉。很轻，很舒服，不冲。 小口含着，舌尖能感觉到一丝矿石的凉意，接着是青草、麦芽那种很质朴的味道，有点像小时候喝的米粥？但很快，肉桂和菠萝糖的甜暖就泛上来了，带着香草味，像果盘里切好的水果。 它没有特别复杂的层次，风味不算厚，但每一口都挺顺，收尾干净。就像夏日午后一杯冰得刚好的拉格，或者秋天晒在院子里的谷物香。很普通的风味，但恰恰好在它的普通中。喝完嘴角还留着点柑橘皮和温桲的香。 挺放松的一个选择，不费脑子，就是喝个开心。😌

嘿，这杯威士忌的颜色是淡金色的，看着就挺清爽。 闻起来有苹果、梨和一点点香草的甜味，像是刚摘的熟透水果，还混着些野花和新鲜青草的气息。 喝到嘴里，感觉很柔和，蜂蜜和奶油般的口感，夹着肉桂、白胡椒的微辣，还有香蕉利口酒那种淡淡的热带甜味。 后调有点像烤面包、肉桂和淡淡的矿物感，收尾干净，带点青草和柑橘的清新。 整体挺平衡的，不会太复杂，但每一口都有点小惊喜，像夏日午后的果盘 🍐✨
