Ahh, this one's quite interestin' 🤔
First off, gettin' a real whack of that classic whisky "funk" – ye know, like damp cellar or old cheese. Some folk call it "funky" but it's got that... earthy kinda vibe.
Then the fruit comes through – not fresh fruit, more like... overripe plums? Or maybe figgy jam 🫙 Bit of dried apricot in there too, I reckon.
The smoke's subtle, not a peat monster, more like... toasted bread crust or a distant bonfire 🔥 Not in yer face, just sorta... there in the background.
Oh! And there's a creaminess to it, like custard or vanilla cream 🍮 Balances out that earthiness nicely.
Finish is long n' warming, with a bit of that funky cheese note comin' back round. Quite the experiance, this one! 🥃
