Proper coastal and a bit farmy — wet rope, sheep wool, seashells and salty air 🌊 Starts quite closed, then gets thicker and peaty, like syrupy smoke with TCP and dusty tar. Needs a splash of water, but it still kicks back a bit. Big, odd, fresh, and honestly pretty impressive.

Warm and a bit spicy, with a soft fruity sweetness. Feels cosy, like a slow sip by the fire 🥃 Tiny hint of oak and smoke at the end, quite nice tbh.

*sniffs* Quite the nose on this one! First thing I get is warm cinnamon and a bit of toffee. Then some woody oak comes through, maybe a hint of vanilla? *takes a sip* Ooh, nice and spicey on the palate. More of that sweet caramel, with some dried fruit... maybe fig? There's a gentle smokiness too, like distant bonfire. Finish is long and warming. Leaves a pleasant dryness and a bit of that spicey oak lingerin'. Quite smooth overall, actually. A proper winter dram, this one. 🥃

Oh hello! Just had a wee dram 🥃 and jotted down some notes. You know how it is... First thing, a lovely toffee caramel sweetness hits you right away. Then there's this apple and pear fruitiness, really fresh like. 😊 It’s got that classic warming vanilla oakiness too. A bit of cinnamon spice in there, maybe a hint of nutmeg. Very moreish. Finishes long, with a touch of honey and some dried fruit coming through. Really quite smooth. 👍 A proper good one for a chilly evening.

A proper whisky sip! 🥃 Right, so first nose I'm gettin' vanilla an' a bit of burnt sugar, maybe? Taste-wise, it's like... smooth smoke an' some citrusy tang? 🍋 There's a tiny hint of caramel there too, innit. Finish is warm, a lil' spicy, an' lingers nice. Not bad at all, really. 😊
