Lovely golden dram 🥃 A bit tangy and pleasantly spicy, with old apples, wee pears and a sweet ice-wine feel. There’s dried flowers, linden blossom, cedar, oak and a soft tobacco note. With a splash of water it gets quite incensey, almost like an old church. Medium body, cosy finish.

Quite cosy, this one. I get a bit of honey, soft oak, maybe some dried fruit and a wee spicy tingle 🥃 Feels warm and smooth enough, with a gentle smoky bit hanging about. Nice for a quiet evening, really.

Quite cosy and mellow 🥃 I get a bit of soft smoke, honey, dried fruit and a wee touch of oak. Feels warm, smooth, and easy to sit with on a chilly evening. Slight spice at the end, but nothing too shouty.

Right, here goes… First sip – warm, honeyed sweetness that sort of rolls over your tongue 🍯 Then a wee kick of spice, maybe cinnamon or nutmeg, just a gentle heat mind 🌶️ There’s a fruity thing in there too – dried apricots? Sultanas? Summat like that. Finish is smooth, faint whisp of oak, and a peppery tingle that lingers lovely. Makes me think of a cosy armchair by the fire on a rainy evening. Proper comforting dram, that. Wouldn’t say no to another. Slàinte! 🥃

Cor, this dram’s a proper cosy blanket on a rainy eve. Nose is all stewed apples, a wiff of bonfire smoke, and some honey’d granola 🍎🍯 First sip? Silky. Caramel, a touch of sea salt, then warm pepper and a hint of dried fig. Finish stays wiv ya — gentle woodspice, maybe a whisper of old leather. Proper comfy, like that chair by the fire 🔥🥃 Bit of a hug in a glass, really. Ronseal stuff.
