Nice wee dram, honestly. Light smoke, salty sea air, bit of lemon and white wine 🍋 Got that smoked salmon thing going on, with a tiny iodine/charcoal edge. Fresh apples underneath too. Uncomplicated, classy, and very easy to sip by the seaside. Slighly briny, slightly burnt, proper moreish. 🥃

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, soft oak, a bit of dried fruit and gentle spice. Feels warm, rounded, and easy to sip — like a quiet evening in. Slightly smokey at the end, but not too much.
