Right so I poured myself a dram and yeah, it's lovely. First hit is like a hug from your nan's kitchen – warm honey 🍯 and a bit of dusty cinnamon. Then some juicy citrus pops up, like lemon zest but not sharp, more mellowed. Getting some nice oakiness now, a tiny bit of vanilla and maybe a whisper of smoke 🔥 in the back. Spice comes through at the end, a gentle pepperiness. Really lovelly mouthfeel too, like velvet. Could sip this all night by the fire. 🥃

Taste-wise, it's fruity – think apple and pear 🍎🍐 – with a spicy kick that warms you right up, and maybe a touch of oak or sherry. Finish? Long and lush, leavin' a warm, sweet aftertaste.
