Really fresh and light — almost like a ready-made mojito 🍋🌿 Lots of mint, lime and pear juice, with a wee aniseed/dill twist. Feels pale and crisp, a bit like very light white wine. Medium finish, lemony herbs lingering nicely.

Lovely sweet barley vibe, like warm porridge with a drizzle of acacia honey 🍯 Fresh lemon peel and a bit of orange blossom lift it nicely. Clean, soft, and gently sweet, with a wee pastry-shop feel. Medium weight, but really pleasant — a nice little suprise.

Lovely and fresh, like walking past a bakery early doors 🥐 Sweet barley, soft dough, a bit of lemon peel and orange blossom. Quite clean, lightly honeyed, with a gentle porridge warmth. Feels bright, easy-going, and nicely close to the grain. A pleasant wee surprise.

Ahh proper lush, this one 🌾 First whiff, it’s all honeyed vanilla and stewed fruit, right off the bat 🍯🍊 Sip it—smoov as velvet, no joke. Juicy red berries and a cheeky hint of caramel, then a wee spicy warmth sneaks in 🌶️ Mouthfeel’s buttery and creamy, like melted toffee apple, with a nutty, grassy sorta thing at the end 🌰🌿 Finish just lingers, soft and floral, makes ya grin 😌 Cracking dram, innit?
