Really fresh and light, like lime, mint and a cheeky ready-made mojito vibe 🍋🌿 Bit of pear juice, dill and aniseed too. Lovely clean feel, with a medium finish that’s more refreshing than heavy. Nice one for a sunny afternoon.

Proper clean and fresh on the nose — lemon peel, orange blossom water and a wee touch of light honey 🍋 Tastes quite grainy in a nice way, like sweet barley and warm bakery dough early doors. Bit of pale white wine, soft pastry, and a gentle mezcal-ish edge. Medium feel, nicely sweet, really pleasant. Bit of a surpise tbh 🙂

Honestly, a lovely surprise 😊 Feels really clean and bright, with that soft barley spirit vibe. I get orange blossom, fresh dough, and warm pastries — like walking past a bakery first thing in the morning. There’s also a wee mezcal-like edge that keeps it interesting. Proper pleasent.

Really fresh and light, like lime, lemon and pear juice 🍐 Bit of mint and dill in there, almost like a ready-made mojito. Herbal, pale white wine vibes, with a gentle aniseed touch. Lovely wee finish, clean and breezy.

Right, this one's a proper treat. 🥃 Nose is all orchard fruits – think ripe pears & a drizzle of honey. Palatte brings that lovely vanilla fudge, then a gentle wisp of peat smoke sneaks in. Not a peat monster, just a wee campfire vibe. Finish is warm, oaky, with a touch of spice. Cracking dram for a dreich evening. Maybe a tiny whiff of sulphur on the back, but honestly it works.
