第一口下去，哇，是那种很蜡质的感觉，带着点树脂味儿，还挺冲的。 但喝着喝着，又觉得没那么霸道了，反而有点桃子和蜜瓜的甜香悄悄冒出来。 烟熏味一直有，但不是那种呛人的，更像远处飘来的白木柴烟，混着点草本味，有点像某种苦精？ 诶，居然能喝出咸味儿来，还有一丝像止咳糖的那种清凉甜感。 回味的时候，蜡感和咸味又回来了，底下压着些淡淡的香草和烤杏仁的香气。 最神奇的是尾段，居然有点像龙舌兰酒混着烟和盐… 非常特别！ 整体感觉挺复杂的，但又平衡得不错。 矿物质的感觉很清晰，最后还留了点橄榄油般的油润感。 属于喝一口就会让人好奇想再琢磨琢磨的那种。 🤔

First nosing is rather expressive, you get quite some peat smoke mixing with something like white wine, and there’s this fern, almost resinous thing going on. Also, wiffs of cough candies and vanilla, which is nice. Tasting it, it’s really powerful but super balanced. Very waxy and salty attack, underlines notes of mastic and that resinous quality. Almost reminds me of tequila for a second, very unusual profile. With time, much more fruits come through—peaches and melons, with fresh oak somewhere in the back. The finish is rather long, keeps that waxy, salty feel. All in all, Very interesting! 🥃

Honestly, this one really hit me right away. First nosing and you get this hit of smoked salt and peat, almost like peated tequila, but there's a lovely resinous, waxy quality underneath. It's super expressive. Think fresh crushed almonds and marzipan, mixed with a beehive sort of waxiness. Then comes this lovely mineral note, with quite some salt and a hint of olive oil. The smoke is superb, all white wood and fern, with notes of burnt herbs. Some peat, but it doesn't take over. There's a sweetness like cough candies and vanilla too, really powerful stuff but so well balanced. As I keep sipping, much more fruits come through – peaches and melons – with that herbal Chartreuse note lingering. A really long finish. Very interesting! 🤔🌿

第一次闻就感觉香气挺奔放的，有点像杏仁膏和烟熏的混合，挺有意思。 喝下去时蜡质和树脂的感觉很突出，带出一些乳香般的味道。烟熏感很棒，不算特别冲但很扎实，配合着果味，像桃子和甜瓜，还有一丝咸味和矿物质感。 后段能尝到些草药、焦油和香草，余味里偶尔跳出一点白葡萄酒或龙舌兰的联想，挺特别的。整体喝着挺有层次，蜡质和咸味搭配得不错，余味也悠长。

Right, this one’s very interesting. First sniff and it’s all waxy and resinous – like mastic, propolis, that beehive vibe. A proper resinous attack, but then it opens up with much more fruits – peaches and melons, even a touch of vanilla peeking through. There’s a white wood smoke underneath, with tar and notes of burnt herbs. It really reminds me of peated tequila + some salt – quite some salt actually, almost like a nice salt rim on a cocktail. On the palate, superb smoke, really powerful but superbly balanced. The waxiness and salt carry through, almost like olive oil drizzled on smoked fruit. Cough candies and that medicinal herbal tinge but not in a harsh way, more subdued. Very nice mineral notes, not too prominent, just enough to keep it savoury. Excellent, honestly. Waxy and salty, nice with salt – I didn’t expect that fruit lift, but it just works.
