Oh wow, this one’s a bit fiery on first sip 🔥 But then it mellows into this lovely, smooth honeyed warmth. Getting some nice vanilla and a touch of cinnamon spice. Really coats the tongue, feels rich and a bit creamy. 😊 The finish is long, with a gentle smokiness that lingers. Hints of dried fruit and maybe dark chocolate? It’s a proper winter warmer, this one. Makes you wanna sip it slowly by the fire. 🥃 A bit of a peppery kick at the end, but not too much. The oak comes through nicely too. Really enjoyin’ this, it’s got depth. Makes me wanna savour every drop.

Alright, so this one's a bit wild right? 😄 Nose first – get a proper whiff of smoked honey and damp oak, kinda like a bonfire next to an orchard. Then there’s this sharp sweetness, like burnt toffee maybe? Palate’s quite punchy. Spice hits right away (ginger? cinnamon?) but mellows into creamy vanilla and stewed fruits. Almost buttery texture, really coats the mouth. Finish is long and warming. Lingering smokiness with a surprising kick of citrus zest at the end. Leaves you wanting another sip tbh. Bit of a journey this one – not for the faint-hearted but bloody good if you’re into complex drams. 🥃

Blimey, this one's got a real warm kick to it! 🔥 First sip, all smooth and kinda fruity – like ripe apples or summat. 🍎 Then you get this lovely smoky vibe that just lingers. 👌 Finish is long, with a bit of spice.
