# Whisky Tasting Notes 🥃 Nose: Mmm... getting honey 🍯 and a bit of vanilla, maybe some dried fruit in there too. Palate: Really smooth and silky on the tongue. Sweet, almost like butterscotch, with a touch of oak and a wee bit of spice. Quite warming actually. Finish: Medium length, ends with some gentle smoke and a slight dryness. Leaves this lovely malty sweetness lingering. Aye, not bad at all. Proper easy drinking whisky, that. Would defo have another dram on a cold evening 🔥 Bit of water opens it up nicely – brings out more of that honey character and rounds off the edges. Quite morish if I'm honest! 😄
