That first sip… blimey, it’s like warm honey drizzled over a bit of burn't toast. 🍯🔥 A little spicy kick right at the back, sort of tickles your tounge. Then the fruity bits roll in—think stewed pears and a handful of raisins, but not the sweet shop kind. More like… earthy, woddland fruit. 🌳🍐 The finish sits with you, cozy and slow, like an old armchair by a peat fire. Cracking.

Ooh, a right proper nose on this one! 🍂 First thing I get is a lovely, warm puff of **smoky oak** and a bit of that **peaty** earthiness. Like a bonfire in the autumn, it is. Then comes the sweet stuff – proper **honey** and some stewed **apple** and **pear**. It's like a crumble, innit? A cheeky sprinkle of **vanilla** and a whisper of **cinnamon** from the cask, I reckon. On the tongue, it's all **spice** and that sweet **fruit** again. Finishes with a warm, oaky glow and a memory of the smoke. Quite moreish, that. 👌 A proper winter dram, that's for sure.
