Quite cosy on the nose — a bit of honey, oak, and dried fruit 🍯 Tastes warm and rounded, with a wee spicy kick. Finish is dry-ish, soft, and nicely lingering. Proper easy to sip.

Blimey, right from the first sniff it’s a proper campfire hug 🔥 Smoked peat, a whiff of sea spray, and something darkly sweet—like burnt toffee 🌊🍯 Palate-wise, she’s surprisingly smoove. A wave of dried figs and a cheeky bit of heather honey, then oak spice creeps in with a peppery wee kick. Definately a coastal brute, but with a soft centre. Finish sits with you—campfire embers, a salty tang, and a warmth that just lingers nicely. Cracking dram for a nippy evening. Sláinte 🥃

Right, so... the nose is quite rich, a bit of old sherry wood maybe 🪵, and some dark chocolate. Then there's this fruitiness, like stewed apples 🍎 or plums? Quite lovely. Mouthfeel is smooth, not too heavy. Get a touch of vanilla and maybe some gentle spice - cinnamon? Finish is medium-long, dries out a little with some oaky notes. Quite pleasant altogether. 👍 A solid dram for a quiet evening. 🥃

Nose's a bit of a bonfire smoke, you know? Then some sweeter things come in - honey and a hint of vanilla. 🍯 On the palate, it's got that warming spice, like cinnamon maybe. And there's a woody, oaky thing going on too. Finish is medium, leaves you with a bit of fruitiness. Quite nice, really.

A lovelyly sherried dram this one 🥃 Rich sultanas and dark chocolate right up front, with a hint of orange peel dancing in there. Gets a bit spicy and warming as it lingers, like a cozy fireplace 🔥 Really smooth finish, quite comforting for a chilly evening.
