Blimey, this one’s right up my alley. 🥃 Nose on it’s pure honey’d orchard fruits, stewed apple and a crack of black pepper. Then somethin’ creamy, almost custard-like floatin’ through. 👃🍏 Taste lands soft and oakey, feels like warm buttered malt loaf with a wee spike of ginger. Slight walnut bitterness tucks in behind. Finish sticks about with gentle smoke and a whisper of dried apricot. No rough edges at all, just proper comfy drammin’. 😌✨ (Pa-dum… that tyeypo was defo intentional 😉)

Quite cosy, really. Warm honey and a wee bit of smoke, with some oak and dried fruit hanging about. Bit spicy at the end, but still smooth enough for a slow sip by the fire 🥃✨

Right, had a wee dram last night. 🥃 Nose was gud, bit o' honey an' a smoky whiff. 🍯 Taste... sorta fruity, maybe apple? With a nice dry finish. A real slow sipper, that one. 🌫️
