Warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness, soft oak, and a wee spicy tingle. Feels cosy rather than showy — nice for a quiet evening in 🥃 Bit of dried fruit too, I reckon.

Lovely warm dram 🥃 Bit of honey, soft oak, a wee peppery kick, then a cosy sweet finish. Feels proper nice on a chilly evening.

Mmm, this one’s a proper hug in a glass. 🥃 Honey’d malt right off, then a wave of dried fruits—raisins, a bit of sultana— with a cheeky hint of toffe and a whisper of oak spice. 🍯🍂 Gets this lovely warm, nutty vibe, maybe almond? Finish is long and gently smoky, just a tease of peat. Definately a fireside sipper. 🔥

Right, so I had a wee dram of this one last night and my notes are a bit all over the shop, but here goes. 🥃 Nose straight off is like walkin into a greengrocers – proper green apples, maybe a hint of unripe pear, and somethin almost grassy. 🍏 There’s a wee whiff of orange peel too, not the juicy bit, but the zest, y’know? And behind it all a gentle coast of honey, not runny honey, more like that set honey you get from a farm shop. 🍯 Sippin it neat, first thing I get is that orange, but now it’s candied, like them jelly orange slices. Then this lovely wave of toffee coems through, not heavy or sickly, but a light buttery one, almost butterscotchy. Mid-palate, a little kick of spice – cinnamon, maybe a dash of white pepper – keeps it lively. Mouthfeel is surprisinly creamy, coats the tongue nicely without bein oily. 🍊🍬 The finish is where it smiles. Oak drys it out gently, and there’s the faintest trace of smoke, like a distant bonfire on a damp autumn evning. Not a peat monster at all, more a whisper. Leaves this warm, lingerin echo of honeyed malt and just a hint of salted caramel. Proper cozy. 🔥 All in all, a cracking sipper. No water needed, but a few drops somehow brings out more orchard fruit – almost a stewed appley thing. Went down a treat. Definately my kind of pour. 👍

Smoky vanilla, a bit of apple? 🍎 Proper job. Hints of spice, maybe cinnamon 🌶️, oak comin' thru. Finishes long, wif a touch o' dark chocolate. Bloody hell, that’s solid. Fav dram in a while 👍 A wee bit oily, nice mouthfeel. Reminds me o’ campfires n’ brown sugar. Aroma’s all honey 🍯 an’ heather. Gets betta as it sits, to be fair.
