Proper pubby dram this — salty, peppery, a bit mustardy, like bacon jam and pickles after a rowdy night down the local 🍻 Loads of smoky kippers, cured meat, black olives and tarry soot. Bit leathery, bit earthy, even a wee aniseed lift. With a splash of water it gets bigger and burlier. Long finish, briny and meaty… absolute chaos in a glass, but great fun 😄
