Proper pubby dram this — salty, peppery, a bit mustardy, like bacon jam and pickles after a rowdy night down the local 🍻 Loads of smoky kippers, cured meat, black olives and tarry soot. Bit leathery, bit earthy, even a wee aniseed lift. With a splash of water it gets bigger and burlier. Long finish, briny and meaty… absolute chaos in a glass, but great fun 😄

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and a wee spice kick. Feels warm, smooth-ish, with a gentle smoky finish. Nice for a quiet evening.

Nose: a bit earthy and rye-spicy, like damp wood 🌲. Palate: fruity and smooth, kinda like pears and vanilla. 🍐 Finish: long with a peppery kick, undeniably warming! 🥃😊 Some folks say it's got hints of tea and honey too. Not bad at all!
