Amber and proper orangey straight away 🍊 Bitter orange, Campari-ish bite, then ginger, pepper and earthy sherry vibes. Gets a bit leathery, with raisins, chocolate and honeydew sweetness. Long finish, spicy, slightly herbal… lovley stuff.

Quite cosy, this one 🥃 I get a bit of toffee, gentle oak, some warm spice and a wee fruity sweetness. Feels smooth enough, with a dry, warming finish that hangs about nicely. Lovely for a quiet evening.

Lovely wee dram 🥃 Bit of honey, soft oak, a touch of spice and gentle smoke. Feels cosy, slightly warm, with a sweet finish that lingers nicely. Easy to sip after dinner.

Right, so gettin' me nose in... it’s all honey drenched orchard fruit 🍎🍯, with a faint heathery peat smoke driftin' through. On the tongue, it’s proper rich—almost buttery, coastal brine n' oak spice waltzin’ together 🌊🌳. A smidge of dark chocolate bitterness keeps things honest. Finish just hangs about, soft vanilla n' that last curl of bonfire smokiness. Easy sippin’, that. Slàinte 🥃

Quite cosy, tbh. Warm honey, a bit of oak, soft spice and a wee smoky edge 🥃 Feels smooth, slightly sweet, then dries out nicely. Proper easy sipper.
