Right, so this one’s a bit of a curious mix. Nose hits first with green apples and sweet pears, like stewed fruit almost, then a whiff of custard and a strange chalky edge. 🍏🍐 Sipping it… apples ruling the show, proper stewed apples with a hint of cranberry tang. There’s a soft seaweed saltiness underneath, almost like seawater on the finish. Mid-palate, it gets weirdly herbal — a touch of aniseed and gunpowder tea, maybe a little thuja wood oil thing going on. Feels young, that new-make-y spirit pokes through, but not in a harsh way. The aftertaste is salty-sweet, like Dr. Pepper that’s gone flat with a pinch of pepper and saltier notes. Teak oil sheen on the tongue, then pears again. Honestly, it’s quite accurate to that odd list — green tea and herbs linger. Not my usual, but it’s fun. 😄

Warm and a bit sweet at first, then some oak, spice and dried fruit come through. Feels cosy, slightly peppery, with a gentle smoky bit at the end 🥃 Quite easy to sip, nice on a chilly evening.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft smoke, a bit of sea air, some sweet malt and peppery spice. Feels smooth, slightly dry at the end, with a wee citrusy lift. Nice for a slow evening.

Right, this one's got a proper smoky vibe, innit? Like sitting by a bonfire with your mates. 🔥 Smells a bit o' that peaty goodness, wif a hint o' apple crumble on the side. A bit spicy, too, like cinnamon sprinkled on toast. 🥃 Tastes warm all the way down, you know? Got that lovely amber glow in the glass. Ends wif a touch o' honey and a whisper o' wood. Fink it'd be grand on a cold night. Luvs it. ❤️ Cheers
