Right then, just poured a glss 🥃. Proper smoky start, reminds me of peat fires 🔥. But then it gets sweet, vanilla and honey 🍯 mostly. Bit of fruit too, pear or citrus zest? Feels balenced though. Finish is warm, oak spice lingers 🪵. Lovely flavour overall. Definatly good for a rainy eveing. Cheers! 🍻
