Right, let’s have a proper nosing… deep gold, almost old Sauternes colour. Nose is a bit disconcerting at first – not what I expected. Potpourri, dusty hay, old leather armchair, a whiff of balsamic vinegar. There’s lime peel and bergamot lurking, but it’s all very different… un-Clynelish, if that makes sense. Palate’s got that muscaty sweetness, then cinnamon warmth, earthy. Finishes mid length, dusty/cinnamony aftertaste. Odd but I keep going back. 😕🥃

Warm and a bit sweet at first — honey, toasted oak, maybe a wee hint of dried fruit. Gets gently spicy after, with a soft smoky edge. Quite cosy, honestly 🥃✨

Warm and easy-going, with a bit of honey, oak and gentle spice. Feels cosy on a rainy evening 🥃 Nice little tingle, not too fussy.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of orchard fruit, gentle spice, and a wee smoky touch. Feels smooth, mellow, and quite comforting — nice for a slow evening.

Oh, this wisky's got a real nice nose, innit? 🥃 Smells like toffey and a hint of smokiness, maybe some fruity notes too. 😊 The taste is smoothe, with a bit of apple and honey. Finishes long and warm, just lovely. Cheers!
