Aye, so this one’s a warm wee number. Nose is dead inviting—honey’d vanilla fudge 🍯, a soft spice almost like cinnamon. Got a whiff of oak that’s more like polished wood than raw timber. In the mouth it’s smooth as anything. Buttery, caramel chew, then a gentle pepper kick just nudges through. Feels like a cosy blanket, honestly. Finish lingers with stewed apple and maybe a whisper of dry, nutty sherry 🍂. No fireworks, just proper easy sippin’ 🥃.
