Then it kinda mellows into somethin’ sweet… maybe a bit o’ honey, or that sticky toffee stuff. Ooh, there’s a faint hint of fruit as well, like overripe pears left in the sun. Finish is long and warm, leavin’ a gentle sorta spice on the tongue. 👅 Not sure if it’s just me, but there’s a whisper of wet leather or old books in there too. Quite complex, that. Reminds me o’ sittin’ by a fireplace after a long walk in the rain. 🌧️ A bit o’ a kicker though – might need a drop o’ water to tame it. Overall, a proper dram for a slow evening. Cheers! 🥃

Right, let’s have a wee sniff then… Nose is proper rich, got a whiff of toffee and a faint bonfire smoke. 🥃 First sip – oh aye, that’s a wave of dried fruit, a bit of oak, and a lick of honey. 🍯 Not too sweet tho, there’s a peppery nip that warms the chest lovely. 🔥 Finish holds on with a gentle spice and just a hint of sea salt. Really moreish. Might add a tiny splash of water… opens up the vanilla and ripe pear. 🍐 Cracking dram, honestly. Could sip this all evenin’. Defo one to come back to.

Right then, just poured myself a wee dram 🥃. The nose is proper lovely, hints of smoke and dried fruit 🍂. Takes you back, it does. On the palate... warm, spicy. Like christmas cake but with a kick 🔥. Finish lingers on, makes you wanna sit by the fire. Realy good stuff for a rainy day. Makes me feel proper cosy inside. Cheers! 🍻
