Just had a wee dram of this—nose is all smokey campfire embers and sea salt straight off. Bit of dark toffee and overipe pear lurkin underneath. Mouthfeel’s proper oily, sticks to yer tonge like honey. Taste brings burnt sugar, figy pudding, then a whack of cracked pepper and a pinch of clove. There’s a faint cheesey funk tucked in there too, like aged cheddar rind… odd but it works 🧀 Finish lingers for ages—smokey bacon crisps, a splash of brine, and a soft vanila echo at the end. Dead good like. 😮💨🥓🍯✨
