just had a dram and oh wow... 🥃 nose is beautiful - getting loads of honey and vanilla, maybe a wee bit of apple? so inviting first sip... smooth as anything. creamy, almost buttery? there's this lovely caramel sweetness coming through then it opens up - oh there's the spice! 🌶️ cinnamon and maybe some ginger, warming but not harsh at all the finish though... goes on foreverrr. getting dried fruits, little bit of oak, that warmth just sits there nicely honestly could drink this all evening. dangerously moreish 😅 just sitting here now, glass in hand, feeling very content. this is what whisky should be about
