Quite soft and cosy at first, like porridge with a drizzle of barley syrup. Then it turns fresher — green tea, melon, apples, a bit of strawberry yoghurt 🍈 Gets a touch grassy later on, with mint and a wee earthy note. Long, clean finish, almost like a dry white wine. Nice easy sipper.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak, and soft spice, with a wee fruity sweetness. Feels warm, smooth-ish, and quite comforting on a chilly evening. Slight dry finish, but in a nice way.

Nose is proper rich, dark fruits an’ a whiff of old leather 🍇👞 Taste is all sherry-soaked raisins, treacle toffee, an’ a wee hint of walnut bitter at the back. Finish just lingers, warm like a fireside hug 🔥 Sippin’ it neat feels like a quiet evenin’ in a wood-panelled room. No nonsense, just deep, comfy warmth. Sláinte ✨
