Blimey, what a dram 🥃. Got this lovely waft of stewed apples an' a bit of honey'd sweetness, almost caramalised. Tiny whisper of oak spice tickles the nose. Sippin' it neat, it's proper chewy—silky but with a warm kick. Dark toffee, some dried peel, and a wee nutty thing goin' on. A faint coastal breeze keeps it lively, not too heavy at all. Finish sticks around nice, with that soft spice an' a ghost of bonfire embers. Cracking stuff for a quiet evening.
