Lovely fruity hit 🍏🍇 I get cinnamon, stewed apple, lychee and a bit of plum, with a weirdly nice roasted tea thing going on. There’s some cider sharpness, a touch of chalk, and a slightly green oaky edge. Feels quite punchy, but rounder after a minute. Long finish, a bit floral, bit fizzy, almost like Gewürztraminer and popcorn at the end. Quite fun tbh.

Lovely warm dram 🥃 I’m getting soft honey, a bit of oak, dried fruit and a gentle peppery tingle. Feels cosy, slightly sweet, with a nice mellow finish. Quite easy to sip on a chilly evening.

Quite a cosy dram, really. Bit of soft smoke, honeyed fruit, and a wee touch of spice. 🥃 Feels warm and easygoing, with a mellow sweet finish that hangs about nicely.

Right then, this dram’s a proper cosy one. Nose is all stewed orchard fruits 🍎, a whiff of heather honey, and just a trace of soft peat reek 🌫️, nothin’ shouty. Palate coats you – creamy vanilla fudge 🍮, a cheeky nudge of barley sugar, then a wee prickle of cinnamon and nutmeg. Maybe a whisper of orange peel late on. Finish sits wiv ya, gentle oak warmth and that dark choccy 🍫 bitterness wrappin’ it up. No nonsense, dead easy sippin’. Could easily lose an evenin’ wiv a glass of this by the fire 🔥.

This whiskey's got a proper smoky vibe, like a campfire on a damp night 🌫️, with a hint of sweetness that's a bit like toffee apples. 🍎 It's smooth enough to sip, but then there's this spicy kick that lingers. Sometimes I reckon I taste some orange peel too. Quite warming for a chilly evening. 😊
