Salty and leafy straight away 🌿 Bit of old leather, like a horse saddle, then brine and cracked pepper. Not too sweet at all — more bitter orange, walnuts, and a savoury, almost stocky feel. Finish is dry, peppery, and very salty. Quite rugged, but I’m into it.

Quite warming and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness and a gentle oaky nip. Feels cosy, slightly spicy, and easy to sit with on a chilly evening 🥃✨

Right then, had a dram the other night... 🥃 First thing - proper bonfire smoke, like a autumn evening.🔥 Then... honey! Like, actual wild honey, not the cheap stuff. Sweet but not cloying. Bit of... spice at the back, ginger maybe? And a weird but nice hint of... sawn wood and old leather books. 🤔 Finsih long and warm, like sipping tea by the fire. Comfortin'. Overall, v. moreish. Gotta savour it slow.

Just had a dram and it's absolutely lush 😍 Nose - loads of vanilla and honey, maybe a hint of citrus? Palte is warm and spciy, gettin some lovely oak and butterscotch notes. A bit of smke at the back too, nice n gentle. The finish hangs aroond for ages, almost buttery tbh. Maybe a tiny bit of fruitiness comin thro later. Fickin' lovely tbh 👌 would defo have another glass

Well, took a sip, innit? Kind of get this rich... caramelly sort of thing first off, like warm toffees. 🍬 Then, whoosh, there's this proper, polite sort of floralness, maybe some dried flowers? Pretty nice. Hangs about for a bit, which is grand. Smokey, yeah, but more like a distant bonfire, not in-your-face. 🔥 After a while, get this lovely, dark fruitiness coming through. Quite the journey, to be honest.
