Proper zesty and a bit wild 😅 Earthy, salty, oily… like mushrooms, roots and a whiff of fresh paint/putty. Not an easy wee dram, but with a splash of water it calms down nicely. Long finish, slightly soapy, oddly satisfying. Not for everyone, but I kinda enjoyed the challenge.

Got a wiff of apple and honey first 🍎🍯. Then a bit of vanilla and oak comes through, nice and smooth. There's a hint of smoke at the back, like a cozy fireplace 💨. Ends with a bit of spice and citrus peel, leaves a warm feeling. Really enjoyin' this one, a proper treat for a Friday night 🥃✨
