Right then… first nosing and it’s all runny honey 🍯 and a whisper of sea salt tang. Let it sit a tick, and there’s dried apricot, maybe even a wee hint of bonfire smoke drifting in. On the palate it’s proper silky, almost creamy. Caramal wafers, dark choc 🍫, and a gentle baking spice warmth that sits just right. The finish? Lingers like a cuppa on a drizzly day 🌧️, soft oak and a little black pepper prickle 🌶️. No jaggy edges at all. Smashing dram, that. 🥃
