Right, this wee dram’s a bit of a chameleon. Nose is pure soft fruit at first – stewed apple n’ pear, bit of caramelised sugar. 🍏🍐 Give it a beat, n’ that honey’d malt comes rollin in, wi’ a ghost of butterscotch. On the tongue it’s proper smooth. Syrupy, almost silky. Mid-palate ye get that toasty oak n’ a flicker of white pepper. Finish is gentle, nutty, faint whisper of cold tea n’ digestive biscuit. Nae peat, just a waemr, easy-sippin sweetness. Crackin pour, really moreish. 🥃✨
