Ooh this one's a bit cheeky, init? First sip — big hit of cinnamon and... is that baked apple? Like autumn in a glass 🍎. Then comes the oak, proper woody like, but not bitter. A hint of vanilla maybe? Mellows out lovely at the end. Bit of a warm burn down the throat, not agressive though. Feels like sittin' by a fire, innit 🔥. Aftertaste is all spiced and herbasceous. Could drink this all night, easy. Top stuff. 👍

Right, had a wee dram of this last night 🥃 Nose is warm, hints of smoke and honey 🍯 Taste slides down smooth, bit of oak and spice 🔥 Finish lingers abit, makes you wanna sit back 🪑 Definatly decent for a quiet evening. Cheers! 🍻
