Bit of a tricky one, honestly. Nose feels sharp and green: pear skins, lemon, grass, even a touch of green pepper. Not super cosy at first 😅 With water it calms down a bit — more grapefruit, vanilla after, and a sweet beery note. Still quite tart, leafy, and mashy. Interesting dram, but not an easy sipper.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, soft oak, a bit of orange peel and gentle spice. Feels warm and smooth, with a wee peppery kick at the end. Quite comforting, not too fussy.

Crackin’ dram this. Nose is all yeasty biccies, dried sultanas, a wee whisper of peat smoke 🍇🔥 Then on the sip… soft vanilla, baked apple, maybe a touch of Xmas cake? Lovely oily feel, bit of oak spice, and it just sort of *hangs* there wam and gentle. Finsh is medium, pepperin’ and a little briny tang. Proper cosy stuff. 🥃

Right, so this one’s got a proper peaty punch, like a driftwood fire on a wet beach 🔥🌊 First sniff gives off TCP and iodine, then a wee bit of lemon peel and honey sneaks in On the palate... suprisingly smoov, coats your mouth with a spicy warmth, some dark choclate and bonfire ash With a drop of water, opens up a buttery fudge note, still keeping that coastal salt vibe The finish? Long and smoky, with dried fruit lingering... quite magic, init? 🥃

Right, had a crack at this one 👃. First whiff's all peat smoke and damp earth, like a bonfire on a rainy day 🔥. Tastes proper lovely though - smooth honey sweetness comes through, with a bit of cinnamon spice. Really warming finish that lingers. My favrit kind of dram on a cold evening. Aye, quite nice indeed. 👍
