哦天哪，这口可太有存在感了。一上来那股子油润感，像蜂蜜混了橄榄油，但还有点羊毛脂和食用油的腻乎劲儿，挂壁得很。 接着咸味就上来了，不单是海水的咸，更像…嗯…一碗燕麦粥里搅了咸蜂蜜？有点野。里面还飘着些草本和黄色野花的香气，但底下总感觉藏着点鞋油、药膏、还有点机油似的玩意儿，挺冲。 细品之下，又有股粉质感，像黏土或者油灰，还有点高岭土似的矿物感。嚼感很强，非常扎实，甚至有点“嚼头”。草本味和一丝青草气息偶尔探头，但很快又被那股油蜡感压下去了。 说它像“西高地口音”，真贴切，就是那种直愣愣、不拐弯、带着点土腥气又莫名有魅力的劲儿。结尾居然有丝果香，但整体还是个油润、厚实、有点呛口的大家伙。余味挺长，嘴里还留着点咸油和微苦的草药感。🤔

Honestly, this one’s got a real kick to it. First impression is big and rustic, almost like smelling a working garage with a bit of shoe polish in the air. Then you get this fat, chewy texture that coats your mouth, rich like honey mixed with olive oil or porridge with a salty edge. There’s a waxy, mineral thing going on, almost like licking a white stone. Strange but fascinating… I’m picking up hints of crushed flower stems and green herbs, maybe some exotic fruit hiding in there. It’s powerful, with a salty honey thing that balances this oddly ointment-like vibe. Feels alive, a bit animalistic even. Definetly a challenging west highland style – you wouldn’t forget it in a hurry. 🤔🥃

这杯酒的颜色是淡淡的金色。 闻起来有很明显的海风咸味和湿黏土的感觉，还有点像打开了老式工具箱，带着机油和金属的气息。底下藏着些碾碎的青草和花茎的香气。 质地油润得惊人，像含了一口特级初榨橄榄油，甚至有点蜂蜡的口感，嚼起来挺厚实的。味道上非常强劲，海盐混合蜂蜜的燕麦粥感很突出，然后是一种近乎“机械感”的油性，让我联想到过滤过羊毛脂的油脂。 回味里有些墨水、药膏和黄花的味道，矿物质感像舔了块白色的石头。整体非常肥美、强大，带点原始的野性，余味很长。

Just poured a glass – pale gold, like sunlight through an old vase. The nose hits with yellow flowers and crushed green herbs, almost like vase water after a bit of rain. Tastes powerful, chewy, with this distillate fatness that coats everything. Salted honey and a tang of seawater, mixed with mineral notes of white stone or clay. Finish is long, waxy, and there’s a hint of medicine or ointment, and maybe sheep wool oils? ToolBox vibes, filtered through something rustic. Really characterful, chewy, and hugely rewarding – not easy but superbly waxy. 🥃

说实话，第一下有点懵。质地很粘，有点像粘土，又带着很结实的蜡感，就是那种superbly waxy。 怎么说呢，口感肥肥的，咸蜂蜜粥的感觉很强烈，混着点油脂，像是cooking oils和olive oil搅在一起。后段有点像打开了爷爷的旧工具箱，mixed with一点sheep wool oils的动物感。 有crushed green herbs的清新，和yellow flowers的影子，但底下一直铺着sea salt和medicine那种有点挑战的“西高地口音”。余味很长，满是clay、white stone和一丝exotic fruit的甜。 是支需要静下来对付的“大”酒，非常characterful，油脂感和矿物质感缠在一起，久久不散。💪
