Right, here goes – a proper dram, this one. Nose is all honey’d porridge wi’ a whisp of sea spray 🌊 and a tiny prickle of TCP, like an old surgery. First sip hits warm 🔥 – a wee bit too much heat at first, but then it softens into stewed apples and a dusting of cinnamon. Mid-palate there’s a lovely wobble of toffee 🍯 and a ghost of peat, not a hammer blow, more like a whisper that’s been passed down from a smoker’s jacket. Finish is where it shines ✨ – long, slightly waxy, with salted lemons and the faintest memory of a campfire the morning after. A drop of water wakes up some pear drops, maybe even a brambly hint. Bit of a faff to get used to, but it grows on ya. Lovely stuff for a dreich Tuesday. Cheers 🥃

Hmm, this one's definately got that smoky, peaty kick! Like a bonfire on a damp autumn night. 🔥 A bit of sweet vanilla comes through though, maybe some honey? Lingers nicely with a hint of spice. Warming. Really strong character, you can taste the cask. Not for everyone but I'm enjoying it. 🥃 Just a slight woody note, almost like cedar. Makes you want to sip it slowly by the fire.

Ah, this one's got a proper smoky kick with a hint of honey sweetness, innit? 🥃 Quite rich and a bit spicy, maybe some dried fruit notes too. Feels smooth goin' down, like a warm hug on a cold day. 😊
