Just had a dram of this beauty... gotta say, it's got some proper character. First off, you get this lovely hit of warm honey and vanilla - like sticking your nose in a freshly baked scone, innit? Then there's this gentle smokiness in the background, not aggressive like a bonfire, more like... the smell of an old wooden chest in your nan's attic. The mouthfeel? Silky smooth, almost like cream. Flavour-wise, I'm getting some dark chocolate and maybe a touch of dried fruit. Finish is long and warming, leaves a bit of cinnamon spice on the tongue. Really quite moreish, this one. Perfect for a chilly evening with a good book and a roaring fire. 🔥

Right, so... this one’s deffo warming, innit? 🥃 A bit of that classic honey-and-vanilla thing up front, then it kinda opens up with some gentle spice—nutmeg maybe? Finishes with a proper smoky afterglow, like a distant bonfire. Quite smooth too, goes down easy. A touch of citrus peel lingers, but not sharp... more like candied orange? Yeah. Makes you want another sip just to chase it. 🔥

Crisp apple, honey, a hint of smoke 💨 Oh, and this lovely sort of... cinnamony warmth? 🤔 Like a proper autumn evening by the fire. Spo-t on 👌

Nose: Gotta be peat smoke 🔥 with some kinda citrus, maybe orange peel? Gets sweeter after a bit – like honey on toast. Palate: Proper rich and smooth, kinda oily. Spicy notes kick in, cinnamon? Then some dried fruit and dark chocolate 🍫. Finish: Long and warming, sweet oak comes through. A little dry at the end but nice. Overall: Really enjoyable sipper, perfect for a chilly evening.
