Aye, this one’s got a right proper waft of vanillar and toffee right off the bat 🍯. Bit of orchard fruit bobbin’ about, maybe some baked apple wi’ a dust of cinnamon. Then the peat creeps in, soft bonfire smoke, no’ too heavy. Finish is smothe, malty, wi’ a wee tingle of oak spice that lingers nice 🌾🔥. Just a whisper of brine at the end, like sea air. Cracking dram.

Right so first thing I notice is this gorgeous amber colour in the glass 🥃 Nose - proper lovely, getting honey and vanilla straight away, maybe a bit of toffee too? Very inviting like First sip - ooh that's smooth init, quite warming on the tongue. Getting some nice oak and maybe a hint of citrus 🍋 Middle bit's where it gets interesting - bit of spice creeping in, not too harsh though, quite balanced realy. Some dried fruit notes coming thru as well Finish is long and satisfying, leaves this sort of smoky warmth at the back of ur throat 🔥 Not overwhelming, just... right Overall its the kind of dram u'd want on a rainy evening, cozy and comforting 👌 Proper good stuff
