Warm and mellow, with a wee bit of oak, honey and spice. Feels cosy, slightly smoky, and leaves a nice gentle sweetness 😊

Oh wow, that first nos e! 🥃 A real punch of bonfire smoke an' something like baked apple. Smells like autumn. Tastes proper lush on the tongue. 😋 There's that smoky thing again, but it's joined by some rich, sweet toffee and a bit of spice. Like a ginger snap. Really warming going down. Finish is long an' dry, a hint of dark chocolate and oak. A right good sipper for a chilly evening. 🔥 Just a bit o' a kick at the end, but I quite like it. 🥳 Tastry! ✨

Right, so here’s the thing about this one… First whiff and it’s like walkin through an old orchard after a bonfire 🔥🍂 A bit of that sweet, sticky toffee apple vibe, but then the peat creeps in — not too shouty, more like a damp wooly blanket left by the hearth. On the pallate it’s surprisinly gentle at first, warm honey and stewed pears 🍐 Then comes the spice — clove, a kick of black pepper, maybe a whisper of liquorice root. The smoke sort of sits at the back, just lingerin. Finish is meduim long, with a wisp of salted caramel and the faintest echo of a seaside breeze 🌊 Leaves you feelin like you’ve been sat by a fire out on the Hebrides, even if you’re just in yer livin room. Bit of a rollercoaster really — sweet, then savoury, then smoky — but it all ties together nice in the end. Deffo one to savour slowly. 🥃
