Right then, had a proper good sip of this one 🥃 First up, gettin' loads of baked apple and a bit of honey on the nose. Like autumn, y'know? Taste-wise, it's smooth, init? Creamy vanila, some malt, and then a lovely warm spice kick - cinnamon maybe? There's a touch of sherry sweetness in there too, proper nice. Finish is long and warm, leaves a bit of oaky tannin and that spice lingerin' on. Definetly one for savourin' slowly. 👍

Right, so... *takes a sip* 🥃 Hmm. First thing that hits is that lovely, warm peat smoke. Not too aggressive, more like a cozy fireplace. 🏡 Then you get this sweet wave... toffee, maybe some baked apple? 🍎 It's quite rich. Follows up with a bit of spice, like ginger or cinnamon. 🌶️ Finish is long and warming, with a little hint of dark chocolate. Quite nice, really. 👍 Sometimes the peatiness and the sweetness play off each other in a really interestin' way. Makes you think of misty hills and... oaky cellars? 🤔 A proper, well-rounded dram, that's for sure.

Nose of burnt toffee and damp wool 🧶, palate has... ooft, that's a fiery one! 🥵 Like liquid bonfire smoke with a weirdly loovely sweet finish. Fav with a splash of water, really opens up the citrus notes. Bit of a headache next morning tho 😅.
