刚倒出来那一下，海风夹着烟扑过来，但整体很 Compact，不散。闻着特别 fresh，有股清凉的喉糖味儿，throat lozenges 那种，Wonderful medicinal notes 一下子就亮了。泥煤是有的，但像被糖渍过一样，kind of candied peat，甜丝丝的烟，还混着 peated apple juice 的果甜，底下有一点根茎的土腥气，few roots thrown in。 雪莉桶的存在感收得很静，sherry that's much, much more silent，不抢不闹，干净度挺吓人，cleanliness is rather impressive。说复杂嘛不算 immensely complex，但就是好喝，非常 nice。 这么小的年纪能做成这样，真的 Very superb despite the very young age，给它 highish score to such a young baby 完全没毛病。正好是那种 good example of a malt that just didn't need time's outrage，年轻但不生愣，Would beat many 12yos 一点不夸张 😌
