Just had a dram, and it's a lovely deep gold colour. 💛 The nose is rather elegant – lemon and ginger upfront, sweet oak all over, and loads of bubblegum, almost like brand new furniture. Tastes rich and very fruity, with sour fruits, liquorice, and hints of green apples and green bananas. At such high strength, it's not that hot, which is nice. 🥃 Finish is long, with oak coming out strong, kind of an oak decoction vibe, sawdust and carpenter's workshop mixed in. Quite simple but good stuff, nicer than it sounds. 🍂
