Oh lovely, this one's got proper character! Smells like a bonfire on a rainy day - a bit smoky but with ripe berries hiding underneath. First sip gives ye a lovely bit of spice, like ginger snaps left near the fireplace. Then it softens out all smooth, almost buttery, with a hint of vanilla pod and toasted oak. Reminds me of eating a ripe pear while sitting in a leather armchair - fruity yet warm. The finish just lingers, nice and warming, not too sharp. Quite moreish, this one. 🥃🔥
