Right then, here’s the sip— Nose is all honeycomb and a whisper of seasalt, bit of orchard fruit gone soft in the sun. 🍯🌾 On the tongue it’s chewy, malty, proper crème brûlée top crackle… then that warmth spreads, not a burn, just a slow ember glowing down your chest. 🔥 Finish lingers with a ghost of dried apricot, maybe a wee hint of leather and that faintest coastal tang, like driftwood after rain. 🌊 Lovely drop.
