Warm and a bit spicy, with soft vanilla, oak and a wee touch of dried fruit. Feels cosy, slightly sweet, then turns nicely dry at the end 🥃 Proper easy to sit with on a chilly evening.

Ahh, right, so first impression on the nose... 🥃 Gotta be honest, it's a bit all over the place at first. You get this big hit of baked apple and citrus zest, sort of sweet an' a bit sharp, ya know? Then underneath, there's this lovely vanilla an' oak warmth coming through. Quite inviting, really. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth, almost a bit creamy. The taste... starts with that fruitiness, then gets more interesting. Some gentle spice, maybe cinnamon, an' a really subtle, kinda smoky background note that doesn't overpower. It's got a good body to it. The finish is where it sticks around. Not too long, but pleasant. You get a bit of that spice again, an' a lingering, warm sweetness, a bit like honey. Leaves you with a nice, cozy feeling. 👍 It's a proper wee sipper for a cold evening.

Right, just had a wee dram 🥃. Feels proper cozy, hints of vanilla and pear 🍐. Warms the chest nicely, bit of spice and oak 🔥. Finish lingers, smooth as anything. Definetly one for the cold evenings. Feels silky on the tongue 🍂. Cheers!
