Alright so cracked this one open tonight... 🥃 First thing on the nose - proper lovely caramel and vanilla, bit of apple maybe? 🍎 On the palate... oh this is nice. Smooth, got some honey sweetness going on, touch of smoke but not too much yknow? Kinda malty too 🍯 Finish is warm, bit of spice lingers... maybe some toffe notes? Definitly a nice evening dram this one 👌 Not too peaty which I prefer tbh. Would pair well with a bit of dark chocolate I reckon 🍫 Gonna savour this one slowly like 🤤

Just had a dram and it's proper lovely! 🔥 Nose: Bit of smoke, like a campfire, with some sweet toffee and maybe a hint of apple. 🍎 Palate: Oh, that's nice. Loev the spice - cinnamon and clove? And this chewy, malty thing. Like a fruity cake, honestly. 🥃 Finish: Long and warming, a bit peppery. Leaves a lovely warmth, like a cozy blanket. Cracking stuff for a chilly evening. 😊

Right then, just poured a bit of this. 🥃 Nose is proper sweet, like honey and maybe some dried fruit? 🍯 Takes a moment to open up. On the palate... warm, yeah. Spicy kick but not too harsh. Reminds me of autumn leaves 🍂. Finish lingers nicely, bit of oak maybe. Proper comforting on a rainy evening. Would have another glass definately. Cheers! 🍻
