Crackin’ wee dram, this. 👃 Nose is all orchard fruits, bit of ‘nei-b’ — like stewed apples wi’ a dribble of honey. Gets a whiff of vanilla sponge, mebbe a pinch of nutmeg. Sip starts proper soft, then the spice rolls in... black pepper, a tickle of ginger. Mid-palete turns all waxy lemon peel an' a faint, bonfire smokiness that just won’t quit. Finish? Long an’ warm, leaves yer mouth feelin’ like buttered toast sprinkled with demerera sugar. There’s some “0r” thing goin’ on—kind o’ earthy/biscuity vibe I cannae pin down. Blessed wee sipper, that. Oof, that nose... 🔥 smoky, like a damp bonfire on a moor. Tastes like... 🍯 honey, but burnt honey? Then this weird sour apple thing pops up. 🤯 Finish is all leather and old books. Weird but kinda cool. 📚 Kinda wish it had more... oomph? Feels a bit thin. 🧐 But that peat smoke lingers. Not bad, not brilliant. Just a solid dram for a rainy Tuesday.

Proper lovely dram this one. 🥃 Smells like caramal and bit of fruit. 🍎 Goes down smoth, warms you up inside. 🔥 Finish is ok, lasts a wee while. Good for a quiet eveing. 🌙 Cheers mates! 🍻
