Blimey, this whiskey’s got a proper deep gold colour, like sunlit honey. 🍯 First sip, there’s a rich, almost creamy mouthfeel – very smooth. Then a waft of smoky peatiness hits, reminicent of a cosy log fire. 🔥
There’s a sweet fruity note too, maybe ripe pears or something. And a spicy kick at the end, kinda peppery. Quite nutty as well, like toasted almonds.
Overall, it’s a right good drop for a chilly evening. Warm and comforting, with just enough complexity to keep ye sippin’. 😋
